Have a question?
Nope. It's as simple as it could possibly be. When you receive your wireless broadband hub, just follow the instructions in the user guide and you're sorted. There's no need for engineers, waiting around, none of the usual fuss.
You'll find that depending on where you plug your hub in around your home, your speeds might vary – but luckily the user guide will help you find the best spot for the fastest speeds.
There's no need for a landline because 5G Home Broadband uses the Three mobile network to supply your internet.
No, there's no fee because there's no setup. You just plug it in yourself and you're good to. Plus there's no upfront cost with a 5G hub.
It does! As much as you could ever need, even if there are a lot of people in your household, or you're a heavy gamer.
Just like you would switch to any internet provider – get in touch with your current provider and find out how to cancel. You can order your Three home broadband whenever you're ready, with free next-working-day delivery of your hub, so it's quick and simple to get started.
We'd recommend everyone use the Coverage Checker above to see what the network is like where you live before you sign up or place an order – just in case you're not happy with the coverage.
[1] The advertised 5G download speed of 150Mbps applies to at least 50% of 5G Broadband customers between the peak hours of 8pm and 10pm. We measure the speeds delivered by our 5G Radio Access Network to customers across our 5G Network and calculate the average (median) 5G data throughput rate at peak hours on a daily basis. In Feb-March 2023 the median figure was well above 150 Mbps each day and we continue to monitor this on an ongoing basis. Due to the nature of the wireless technology delivering your Broadband, the speed that any individual premises will experience is not guaranteed, may vary and can be impacted by local factors, such as the positioning of the hub, line of sight to your nearest mast, local topography (such as hills), number of users accessing the network in your area and thickness of walls and windows.
