Our refurbished mobiles are pre-owned, yes. Some have been returned within 14 days of purchase – so they’re almost completely new. Others have been used for a little longer. But all our second-hand or pre-owned mobiles are inspected, tested and fully refurbished so they’re as good as new.
Yes! Every mobile comes with a charging cable in the box. We don’t include the mains head, but you can plug the cable into a spare one.
Aside from the charging cable, no. Though we test and guarantee every refurbished mobile, we can’t guarantee the original accessories, so we don’t provide them. And for hygiene reasons, we don’t include original headphones.
